Cross Christian Academy is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and faith-driven Teacher to join our growing educational team. The ideal candidate will create a positive Christ-centered learning environment that encourages academic excellence, character development, and spiritual growth. Teachers at Cross Christian Academy are expected to inspire students through engaging instruction, strong classroom management, and a commitment to nurturing each child’s God-given potential.
Responsibilities include lesson planning, student assessment, parent communication, classroom organization, and collaboration with fellow staff members to support the mission and values of the academy. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism, compassion, patience, and a love for working with children in a Christian school setting.
Applicants should possess strong communication skills, the ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive classroom environment. Prior teaching experience and educational credentials are preferred.
